Guys, Some time ago, as in 'way back when Moses was a boy', I acquired a Bernard TIG cooler along with a welder I bought. I have only now found a need for it. It is a model 3500SS cooler. I believe it's rated for up to 500 amps. A few days ago, I started cleaning it up, and finished the project only today. I blew copious, billowing clouds of black dust out of the radiator fins, then scrubbed the outside with Simple Green, then rinsed with clear water. I then opened the tank. It had a couple of cups of dried nasty black dusty powder inside the tank. I got the tank squeaky clean then closed it up. After washing, scrubbing, and blowing everything dry with compressed air, I filled the tank with 3 gallons of distilled water. However, upon attempting a test run with none of the lines hooked up to the welder, I was unable to get the pump to deliver any flow. Bernard 3500ss ManualNeed help understanding and troubleshooting a Bernard 3500SS TIG water cooler. But I found a manual for the Weldcraft 3500SS cooler on the Miller site and. ![]() I have found a Bernard manual of sorts on the internet, but it's only about 3 pages long and is short on details. The unit has a TEEL brand rotary vane pump. The pump's intake (suction) hose sticks down through a hole through the top of the tank down into the water reservoir. It's a straight up lift of not more than 6 inches into the pump. However, it will not deliver any flow. ![]() I'm hoping there's some kind of priming sequence that I've overlooked. Because otherwise, I'm thinking perhaps the pump is dead. However, it seems odd that a pump would not deliver so much as a dribble. Teamviewer 8 serial number txt stock.
